SLB Registration Information

Registration Opens April 1.

Deadline for Grades 2-8:  September 15

Deadline for Grades 9-12:  November 15 

2017-18 Registration Fees

  • Regular Registration:  $150 per player
  • Early Bird Discount:  Register before July 1 and receive $10 off regular registration
  • Additional Family Members:  $15 off each member residing in same household
  • Late Fee:  $25 late fee will be added to all registrations received after posted deadline
  • Travel Fees:  Additional $200 fee will be collected if the player is selected to participate in our travel program.  Travel fees are due by Nov. 15 

SLB accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and personal checks.  Payment are processed through a secure web portal hosted by AdminSports.  A $15 returned check fee will be collected for any checks returned by the bank. 

Registration Dates

  • Early Registration runs April 1 - June 30.
  • Regular Registration (grades 2-8) runs July 1 - September 15
  • Regular Registration (grades 9-12) runs July 1 - November 15
  • Waiting List will be formed at the conclusion of the registration period.

 

Deferred Payment Option

If you register prior to August 1, you can choose to pay the registration fee in up to three installments.  To activate this, choose the deferred payment option at checkout.  Only valid with credit card payments.  Deferred payment option is not available for travel/select fees.  There is a deferred payment fee of $5 to cover the additional credit card transaction costs.  Here are the deferred payment schedule options:

if you register prior to June 1:

  • First installment due at time of registration
  • Second installment due on July 1
  • Final installment due on Sept 1

If you register June 1 to July 31:

  • First installment due at time of registration
  • Final installment due on Sept 1

Cancellation Policy

SLB will issue a refund, less a $15 administrative fee, for all cancellation requests received prior to October 1.  Refunds after October 1 are subject to additional fees based on equipment orders.  Refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to info@mlblhoops.com

 

Registration Process

Registering for Travel

Players interested in trying out for the travel programs should complete the online registration process and pay the initial registration fee.  There is a spot to indicate the player's desire to tryout for the travel program.  Should the player be selected for the travel program, the registration will be updated and additional travel fees will be applied to the account, due by November 15.  For information on the travel fees and the program, visit our travel page at www.mlblhoops.com/travel.
