Overtime Substituion and Playing time: Playing time rules apply to regulation time and it is assumed that the playing time has been satisfied prior to the Overtime period(s). Playing time is not tracked during the OT period(s) Coaches may substitute at a stoppage of play per VHSL rules during the OT periods. Due to time constraints, no additional timeouts are granted. Any timeouts left over from regulation may be used. | |||||

The following playing time rules are based on regulation play and will be enforced by league Administrators. Game day officials are not responsible for enforcing the playing time rules, and coaches should address complaints to their division commissioner within 48 hours of the game. | |||||
